Chef Fong is leaving…! We have unhappy news to share this time. Our Chef Fong has decided to go back to Singapore! We find it very sad that she is leaving us, but fully understand and support her decision. Sunday, October 2nd was her last workshop. Meanwhile, we are working hard to find a good substitute for Fong, which of course will be difficult, so that we can continue to offer fun and educational workshops to you. We expect that it will take us a while to find the right person. Regular classes will commence again from January 2012. Meanwhile, in our wonderful cooking studio, we have the first ever Pop-Up Ramen Shop “Le Fou Fow”, serving traditional Japanese ramen and freshly made gyoza. Come and have a taste. The shop is open till Dec 18th! More...
