Many people may already know that the past few months we did not sit still. At the beautiful location where our cooking studio is we have had a pop-up ramen noodle bar until December last year and it was a big success! It was such a success and customers were so disappointed that it had stopped, it made us decide to have Fow Ping the ramen chef come again and open up the ramen bar, this time for a longer period. After a few months of workshop silence, we are proud to announce we have launched the new planning for march! We have renewed the existing workshops and formed some new ones together with a group of enthousiastic chefs.
Among the new workshops we like to mention the workshop “Vegetarian Cooking for Health” given in 2 parts by chef John Lie. It is an interesting workshop where besides several cooking techniques, Asian ingredients and the use of it will be extensively treated.
