On Saturday February 20th 2010, in conjunction with the Chinese New Year celebrations in Amsterdam Chinatown, we invite you to come take a look at our new Dun Yong Cooking Studio!  After months of planning and preparation, our kitchen is finally ready and we are excited about the opportunity to share our knowledge and passion of Asian food with you.

From March 2010, Dun Yong will be giving cooking workshops and demonstrations in our new cooking studio located on the 2nd floor. During the workshops you will learn how to prepare various Asian dishes like such as Dim Sum, Sushi, Thai Curries and Vietnamese Pho. During the cooking demonstrations, you can get to see and taste different dishes as we show you how you can prepare them yourself at home.

Whether you are completely new to Asian cuisine or already an experienced cook, come and be inspired by our talented Chef Fong.
