Terms and Conditions

General conditions
All offers made are without engagement unless the offers explicitly indicates otherwise in writing
Payment can be made via the online direct debit payment system iDeal or by means of a bank transfer made payable to the account “Flavours of the Far East”. Payment by different means may be arranged in agreement with Dun Yong.
For group bookings, all payment has to be made within 14 (fourteen) days of the invoice date.
The number of participants for a general workshop is between 6 and 12 individuals. For group bookings, the number of participants can be discussed with the cooking studio in advance.
The number of participants specified in the written agreement is final.
The reservation is only binding when it is confirmed in writing by us.
All listed prices include VAT.
We reserved the right to change prices.

Reservation general workshops
A workshop is subject to sufficient enrollment.
We reserve the right to cancel a planned workshop if there are insufficient reservations.
We will inform all enrolled participants up to 48 hours in advance by such cancellations.
Payment made will be refunded.

Cancellations
The following cancellation policies applies:
- Cancellations up to one (1) week prior to start of the workshop will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.
- Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop will incur a cancellation fee of 100%
- A participant may find a replacement for the workshop in the event that he/she is not able to attend.

Liability
Cooking studio “Flavors of the Far East” is not liable for costs resulting from cancellation
Cooking studio “Flavors of the Far East” is not liable for damage, loss or theft resulting from participating in activities in the Flavors of the Far East cooking studio.

General house rules
We expect the participants to keep the workspace clean and tidy during participation of the workshops.
Smoking is not allowed by law in the kitchen or anywhere inside the building..

Miscellaneous
If certain products from the menu is not available for the planned workshops, Flavors of the Far East reserves the right to use an alternative product.
