Singapore - an island city-state located at the southern most tip of Peninsula Malaysia. It is the smallest nation in Southeast Asia with a big appetite. Eating is a national pastime and it is not difficult when you have food courts and hawker stalls at every street corner.

The cuisine of Singapore offers a wonderful melting pot of diversity and cultural diffusion with influences from Chinese, Indian, Malay and even European cuisines. This workshop introduces four popular street food of Singapore: the well-known Laksa, a Hokkien/Teochew specialty of 5-spiced meat-rolls in tofu skins Ngoh Hiang, a salad with Malay/Indonesian influences called Rojak and a Black Rice Pudding as dessert.

Come join us and enjoy the delights of Singapore.
