This Thai Cooking Basic workshop is perfect for beginners who want to learn how to prepare Thai cuisine at home using fresh ingredients. With a focus on hands-on cooking and assistance from our chef, you will be preparing delicious dishes in no time at all. In this workshop we will be making one of Thailand’s many curry pastes, the red curry, which is one of the ingredients for our next dish, Thai Fish Cakes. To accompany the fish cakes, we will also be making 2 other famous Thai dishes: Pad Thai and green papaya salad.
The cooking will take about 2 - 2,5 hours, after which we invite you to sit down and enjoy a delicious home-made Thai lunch. Price of the workshop includes all ingredients and non-alcoholic drink.
