Our Thai Classic workshop has been a huge success. For a follow up we have created a second workshop with again BIG Thai Classics. On the menu this time for example is all time favourite green papaya salad and fragrant fresh made red curry with duck. The other dishes are again exciting and bursting with flavors from fresh spices and herbs! Come and join us again with Thai Classics II

The workshop will end with a tour in the Asian supermarket. There is possibility to do grocery shopping under the personal guidance of the chef.

The Chef:

Ratchadawan Pia -Ud is the name of our Thai chef, we call her Noi. She was born in Lampang, North-Thailand. Noi finished her degree in hospitality management at the ROC in Amsterdam. In her mother’s Thai restaurant, she learned all about preparing authentic Thai food. In the workshops she will be hosting a Dun Yong Cooking Studio, she will share this knowledge and passion with you.
